I recently got to photograph another group of lovely little pre-schoolers at Christchurch Pre-School in Bedford.
It was such a privilege to meet and photograph 6-year-old Lulu, big brother Archie, mum Clare and dog Daisy last month for some family pictures.
It was a pleasure again to get to photograph the children at Turvey Preschool. It’s always lots of fun spending time with this age group!
Autumn has to be, without a doubt, the most photogenic of all the seasons and is definitely by far my most favourite time of year for outdoor family portraits. Starting out in photography, I always had a passion for black and white images, but it was Autumn that made me appreciate and love colour in photography.
A few weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure in meeting this lovely family. Their chosen location for the shoot was the beautiful Woburn Abbey Gardens, which made a perfect backdrop for some family photos.
So when my client was a little undecided on whether to have an indoor or outdoor family photoshoot I figured the best option was to do both!
This gorgeous little boy was just 2 weeks old when I got to photograph him with his family at there home in Milton Keynes. I love doing newborn shoots at the clients home as I feel everyone is much more relaxed and because of this it's much easier to capture those natural moments.
I had so much fun photographing this lovely family a few weeks back. We were initially supposed to be meeting one week earlier but due to bad weather we moved the shoot to the following week and I don't think it could have been any sunnier - not a cloud in the sky!
It turns out that photographing a group of pre-schoolers can in fact be lots of fun!
Back in November last year I was asked by my local pre-school, which my own children attend, if I would consider taking photographs of the children to help raise money for the school.
It was lovely catching up with my good friend and her family at Aspley Heath Woods for a family photoshoot.
